I fell in love with the teachers at the yoga center while attending drop-in classes and so decided to attend the 200 hour yoga teacher training course to deepen my asana practice and knowledge of yoga. I have both improved and broadened my asana practice and confidence in my understanding of proper alignment, as well as learning and practicing pranayama, kriyas (cleansing techniques), meditation and mantra chanting. I have come to fully understand and appreciate how these aspects of yoga function and heal as a whole. The lectures on yoga philosophy and theory and teaching methodology were thorough, fascinating and instructive. The teachers have been informed, helpful, attentive and supportive, and friends to all of the students. I am thankful to have had the opportunity to spend a month here learning from such wonderful teachers in a beautiful conducive environment. —JANICA SNYDER, USA


Hanne and Ida just completed the TTC at the Yoga Association after having been recommended it by other travellers. It went beyond our expectations, and we had an excellent experience. The teachers truly know what they are doing, and they have a unique way in transferring this knowledge to their students. This was our first time here – but it wont be the last!

I love the course very much. There is a lot of variety of topics. Also two kinds of yoga were offered to participate daily (Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga). The teacher Mahesh is very knowledgeable and always more than happy to help. Over the course of the one month teacher training program , I experienced a profound transformation in my physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well being. I took the course with the expectation to deepen my yoga practice, to strengthen my asanas and learn proper alignment. I have come away with this knowledge in addition to much more: and understanding of yoga philosophy, daily detoxification practices, pranayama, meditation and a methodology for teaching.
